Our D i g i t a l Compression Testing Machines has been designed to meet the need for a simple,economic and reliable means to test concrete for its compressive strength. The d esignemphasize both of construction and operation and makes the machine easy to use andmaintain.The complete unit comprises of:LOADING UNIT is of fully welded construction having a cross head, base and solid side heavyduty channels. The hydraulic jack is fixed to the base. The platens of the machine are hardened,ground and polished. The upper platen is provided with self- aligning action. To facilitate testingof various size specimens, a heavy duty screw is provided to bring the platen downward orupward direction. A ball seating attachment is fixed on the upper platen to test the machine'sstability.
PUMPING UNIT: comprising of an electrically operated reciprocating multi-plunger hydraulicpump connected to an oil reservoir and a distribution cum release valve block. Allcomponents are contained in a finely finished cabinet type housing having electrical controls andrelease valve on its top front panel.The load is indicated on the digital load indicator unit calibrated against an NCCBM certified provingring

Compression Testing Machine Hand Operated For Compression test on Concrete or similar materials. Suitable for use on Concrete Cubes of any size upto 5cm x 5cm x 5cm, 7.06 x 7.06cm, 10cm x 10cm x 10cm, and 15cm x 15cm x 15cm also on 10 x 20cm and 15 x 30cm high Concrete Cylinders. The load is applied thru hydraulic assembly. The lower platen is on the Hydraulic ram, an upper having a spherical seating is adjustable. The machine is provided with an air release valve and the load is automatically indicated on the 15 cms diam hydraulic pressure calibrated against an N.C.B.M. tested Proving Ring and fitted with a legless max pointer in addition to the ‘live’ pointer.

A special flow control valve allows the rate of loading to be preset in accordance to the relevant specifications.
Supplied complete with test selector valve for selecting tension or compression mode.
Fitted with the Digimax Plus microprocessor digital display and processing system, which can be connected to the electronic extensometers 70-C0961 series or 70-C0954/C for elongation measurements.
It is also possible the connection to PC using our stress/strain software 70-S0010 obtaining the complete stress/strain graph conforming to EN ISO 6892.
The Digimax Plus can be connected to 24-column serial printer by the RS 232 serial port.
The machine has to be completed, depending on the test to be performed, by the grip holders and wedges for tension test and/or the compression assembly for concrete compression tests
Also the extensometers for tension test have to be ordered separately
